We specialize in Spaniel and Retriever training. 

Stud Dogs

Our stud dogs are proven in field trials and wild bird hunting including waterfowl. They are health tested and have Hips and Elbows done.

Puppies 

We are a small breeding operation, that seeks to breed natural hunting dogs  with top of the line pedigree that make great family dogs.

Our Puppy Program
Every Holliday’s Gundogs puppy goes through our puppy raising program before heading to their new home between 8–12 weeks of age. During their time with us, we focus on crate training, socialization, and building a strong retrieve drive—laying the foundation for a confident, trainable gundog.

Each puppy also comes with access to our exclusive video training series, designed to guide you step-by-step in training your new hunting partner.


Deposits & Pricing
To reserve your spot on our waitlist, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required, payable by check, Venmo, or PayPal. Once the litter is on the ground, a second $500 deposit is due. The remaining balance is paid at pickup.

Prices range from $1,700–$2,500, depending on the parents’ titles and the level of training received.

Group Training Programs

This program requires a lot out of the owners, The Owners must start their dog in our foundations program using our online video series or private lessons. The dog must perform some basic drills with drive and enthusiasm before starting our group training programs. Having the owners start the dogs in our foundation program allow us to see that the owners are committed to the training and allows us to evaluate the pup's potential before they come to the join other dogs in distracting environments. We only take 10 dogs at a time, so that our clients get plenty of attention. We train all breeds but specialized in spaniels and retrievers.

$200 Cost includes two training sessions and 4 live birds per month for training.

$60 one session, birds are not included

$100 Private Lessons

Retriever Training

We train non-slip retrievers meaning the focus of our retriever training is steadiness and blind manners to give you the perfect "meat dog". The dog will be trained to handle simple blind retrieves and hunt deads but we do not train field trial dogs or run retriever hunt test.

Gundog Training

The Gundog program is focused on developing a nonslip retriever and a steady upland flushing dog that is a pleasure to hunt behind.

AKC Spaniel Hunt Test

We would love to help you handle your dogs through Spaniel Hunt Test. The dogs will start at the Senior level, and progress to the Master Hunt test.
